We are pleased to announce booking is now open for two exciting events taking place on Tuesday 30th June 26. Schools can take part in either event or join us for both for a full day of music-making
During the school day, we will be hosting our WCIT Celebration Day for schools currently receiving whole‑class instrumental tuition. This event brings pupils together from across the city to celebrate their musical achievements and enjoy a shared workshop experience.
In the evening, we are thrilled to invite your school choir and singers to perform in the Coventry Music Summer Showcase Concert, which will act as the finale to our WCIT celebrations. The concert will feature Coventry Music ensembles and choirs, and we would love to welcome singers from your school to join us on stage. The performance will take place in the beautiful Butterworth Hall at Warwick Arts Centre, University of Warwick.

Once registered, we will share guide vocal tracks and music with you so your pupils can begin learning the material in school. Lyrics will be provided on the day of the performance.
Please note that cancellations made less than one month before the concert may incur a charge to cover the cost of potential lost ticket sales, as it will be too late for us to adjust performer numbers or audience expectations.
If your school is attending both the WCIT Celebration Day and the Summer Showcase, please let us know. We will arrange a suitable space for your group to use during the break. If the weather is kind, the university grounds offer plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy.
